Founder and President

Bambaga Bilegt founded Development Solutions International in 2015, after working in international development for over past 20 years. She has expertise in monitoring and evaluation, implementation of programs on labor market stabilization and standards, and unemployment, policy research in international development.

Over the years, Ms. Bambaga has acted as an international development consultant in Mongolia and the United States for government, not-for-profits, and financial services. She has published and lectured on compliance with labor standards, elimination of child labor, improving productivity in the agricultural sector, poverty and gender issues. 



Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, National University of Mongolia
Master of Science in Information Technology from Academy of Management, Moscow 

 

She was given the “1998-2003, 2008, 2015 International Solidarity Award” by the International Labor Organization. She published numerous articles and blogs on child labor, poverty alleviation and gender issues.
