Khongorzul D. has more than 20 years of experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors as a senior manager, senior researcher and analyst. Prior to DSI, she worked as a deputy program manager and financial analyst for The International Finance Corporation, where she implemented a multimillion project on Financial Leasing Development in Mongolia. She also has a proven track record of success working for the Government of Mongolia as a specialist in the tax and audit fields. 

Ms. Khongorzul worked with the USAID, USG, WHO, UNICEF, World Bank and other partners on the financial sustainability of the national economic and public health programs in several countries in Asia and Asia Pacific. She worked directly with the parliaments, and ministries of health and finance, local governments, and the domestic private sector to improve government tax and public health legislation, planning, and budgeting. She speaks fluent Mongolian, Russian, and Japanese.
