Paul Schuyler is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in micro financing and international and corporate taxation, with particular focus on the mining and telecommunication industries. Over the last few years, he has worked with Mongolian counterparts on mining taxation issues, and on policy development programs on micro financing alternatives. 
Prior to joining DSI, Mr. Schuyler held various senior financial management positions with leading companies in the US mining and telecommunication industries. He has worked in public accounting as an auditor and tax specialist, and he has worked in the private sector for several Fortune 500 companies.  He has also served as a consultant on numerous projects in small business development in Mongolia.
